Wedding Tuxedo Considerations

When considering which tuxedo to rent or buy in Coral Springs or Margate, there are many factors that influence this decision.  A tuxedo is the go-to choice for most grooms and groomsmen taking part in a Coral Springs weddings.  Some considerations for this important decision include:

Color of Tuxedo

Timing of Wedding Tuxedo Selection

Many wedding planners recommend getting fitted for the desired tuxedo style three to five months before the wedding.

Jackets 

The star of most tuxedos is the jacket. There are several different styles from which to choose, including jackets with a tailcoat and single-breasted jackets.  There may be between one to four buttons on the jacket. Jackets also come with different lapels, including peak lapels, shawl lapels and notch lapels.  Different styles are better suited for different body types.

Shirts and Ties

The tuxedo shirt should complement the bride or other groom’s choice.  For grooms who want to wear a long tie, a lay down collar is usually recommended. Wing tip collars are usually better suited for bowties.

Other Accessories

Grooms may also consider a number of other accessory options, including vests, cummerbunds, cuff links and shoes.
