Though their shop has a number of mock-ups and tons of samples, the one I wanted was not available and the owner volunteered to order it so I could compare it to my bridesmaids’ dresses, which was a huge help. Our groomsmen and family members were coming to South Florida from all over the world. The owner was proactive in acquiring their measurements and deposits. She also arranged for the out-of-town guests to leave their tuxes at the hotel’s concierge desk. I also appreciated Ted Barry Tuxedos & Suits flexibility. My grandfather had cancer and his weight was fluctuating a lot surrounding our wedding. The owner was on top of this and made provisions for him to look his best on our wedding day by sending samples for him to try as the day grew closer, having different sizes on hand the day he came to pick up his tux, and allowing him to take two different size shoes because of swelling in one of his legs. It made his day, and as a result made mine.”
